Assistant General Manager Sales Real Estate
Job Description
We are looking for Experienced Assistant General Manager for the Upcoming Residential Plotting Project in Dera bassi.
Role & Respnsibilities
The person will be responsible of Sales strategy execution, building & nurturing channel partner relationships, understanding consumer behaviour and influencing customer experience and develop the sales systems and processes.
Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes
Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
Aggressively driving Sales Planning, Forecasting and Sales & Customer Service Management
Delivering positive customer experience to a distinguished client base
Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?85,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
