We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate sector, with a proven track record of successfully onboarding investors. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of driving business growth and establishing strong investor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to attract and onboard new investors.
• Identify and evaluate potential investors in the real estate market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Lead negotiations with investors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and project management, to align business development efforts with company objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present detailed investment proposals and business plans to potential investors.
• Manage the end-to-end investor onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the company's presence and attract potential investors.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of successfully onboarding investors and closing deals.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
