Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Projects to lead and oversee large-scale commercial fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate interior fit-out work, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and oversee multiple commercial fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost control.
- Project Planning: Oversee project plans, blueprints, and specifications, ensuring feasibility and alignment with client needs.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior clients, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction throughout the project.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and schedules, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring collaboration and efficiency across all project phases.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and building codes; manage project risks.
- Sub-Contractor & Vendor Management: Oversee sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring quality, timely work, and contract compliance.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation and provide regular reports to senior management on project status and financial performance.
Requirements :
- Education: B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent; PMP certification preferred.
- Experience: 12-15 years in corporate interior fit-out project management, with proven leadership and client management skills.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD. Strong financial, negotiation, and communication skills.
