Division: Sugar Projects


Location: Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.


Experience: 10-15 years of experience in plantation white sugar and sugar refinery


Qualification: B.SC/B.E. (Chemical Engineering) andSugar Technology from ANSI or AVSI with Sugar Industry experience


Shrijee is a globally known supplier of turnkey sugarcane factory and sugar refinery projects. Established in 1976,


Shrijee has supplied equipment to more than 400 sugar factories in India and to clients in more than 30 countries. The


corporate headquarters are in Mumbai (India) and regional offices are in Delhi, Ahmednagar and Chennai. Shrijee has


three fully equipped manufacturing facilities located in the western and southern parts of India.




We have more than 150 people in our team, including 55 Engineers and 13 MBAs. In addition to these, at any given


time, we usually have 100-200 people working on our sites in India & overseas.




We are looking for an " AGM (Process) " for our Ahmednagar Factory. Candidate will report to the Sr. VP - Technical.





Responsibilities include:



1. Process Engineering & Designing for projects in hand.


2. Preparing technical specifications of tenders & projects in hand.


3. Preparation & checking of P&ID, layout & equipment drawings.


4. Coordinating with customers for technical queries


5. Project Management & coordination.


6. Erection & Commissioning support.


7. Visit Customers (In India & Overseas) for engineering, layout, commissioning activities, Pre-Tender plant study.


8. Visit customers for training, commissioning & introduction.


We are looking for:



1. 10-15 years of work experience in Sugar factory operation / Process designing / projects handling.


2. Experience in Refined Sugar Process as well as Raw Sugar Process is required.


3. Candidates with Sugar technology background will be preferred.


4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.


5. Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT, Internet) knowledge of Sugar S/W is added beneficiary.


6. Team spirit, good work ethic and high integrity (we do a thorough background check).
