Job Summary Assistant General Manager- F&B is responsible for the effective functioning of Cafeteria and Kitchen Operations for all users in AOR. The post-holder is responsible for ensuring that the Cafeteria and Food & Beverage services are running smoothly as per guidelines and service contract. The person should be someone with the attitude to manage things on his own and ability to engage pro-actively with Stakeholders to avoid escalations. Key Responsibilities Cafeteria & Kitchen Management Handling Cafeteria & Kitchen services like Managing Outsourced service provider Manpower, Daily monitoring of operations, Ensure supply of groceries and essential commodities for Kitchen and canteen operations, Deployment planning, Pest Control, cleaning schedules, Equipment functioning and maintenance etc. Ensure the delivery of Food services to defined standard. Planning and monitoring of Groceries, Perishables, & consumables Audit of Services as per defined standards and SLA, Monitoring and timely clearance of all Vendor/Contractor(s) bill payments. Monitoring and timely updating of Contracts and agreements. Planning and implementation of PPM for equipment Ensuring all the requirements (as per agreement/SLA\'s) of clients/occupants/owners, are fulfilled. Manage and supervise vendor team for the work schedules as per SOPs. Monitoring the Duty Roasters and shifts handlings of Support Staff Manage Client visits and internal events up to or above client satisfaction. Ensuring grooming, punctuality, discipline and safety of all production and serving staff. Operational and Financial Responsibilities Work across the business to support all aspects of operational service delivery. Manage the annual canteen budget. People Responsibilities You will be required to motivate and lead a team and build relationships with external suppliers, making sure contracts are well managed and issues are escalated and resolved as appropriate. Knowledge And Qualifications Graduate/Masters in any discipline preferably in Hotel /Hospitality Management, At least 12-14 years\' experience in Hotels / Office Canteen Management within a professional environment Knowledge of Statutory compliances related to AOR, etc. Skills, Experience And Personal Attributes The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, contractors, and key stakeholders. Knowledge of working in SAP, MS Word, Excel and Power Point Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively. Able to find pragmatic solutions and adapt to changing situations.
