Job Description


JD fro Design Coordinator and Designer.

  • Complete In charge for Multiple Projects Coordination, Projects Design, Projects Control, Commercial Buildings, Township developments, Civil & Interiors Works, and Infrastructure Facilities.
  • Complete Project Handling and Project Management, Start to End \xe2\x80\x93 Initiation to Handover.
  • Assisting the Top Management along with Architect\xe2\x80\x99s, Structural, MEP & Liasoning Consultants in Pre-Construction, During & Post Construction Stages of the Projects.
  • Assisting and Facilitating the Down Level Teams and Parallel workforce in converting the Top management Goals into reality
  • Coordination Liasoning and Assistance in getting All the Statutory Approvals
  • Attending and Successfully Concluding the Design Review Meetings
  • Delivering the GFC\xe2\x80\x99s Drawings required for the Project Site\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Mock up \xe2\x80\x93 Approvals, Samples & Materials finalization etc
  • Monthly Site visits, Quality checks and further work approvals to Contractors and Project team\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Assisting and Coordinating with External Consultant\xe2\x80\x99s, Designer\xe2\x80\x99s, Internal Marketing teams for the delivery of requirements
  • Assisting, Coordinating and Guiding the Project\xe2\x80\x99s Team, Qs, QC, Purchase, Accounts, Finance, Legal & Other internal and External Consultants to Drive and Transform the Management\xe2\x80\x99s Vision into Reality
  • A \xe2\x80\x9c Solution Provider\xe2\x80\x9d
