- Hiring for Sales/BD Person - Having 17+ Years of experience in ERP Sales Desired skill sets :- Experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably of ERP/CRM/BPM software solutions/ consultative selling.- Ability to think out of the box and conceptualize innovative & creative solutions.- Fast learner with ability & willingness to adapt to new technologies & changing business environment with direct selling experience to large enterprises.- Must be highly creative, result oriented and self-motivated individuals with ability to understand technologies and generate revenue.- Excellent presentation, written, communication skills and maturity to interact at very senior levels in Industry/Govt.- Be an excellent team player/leader to achieve individual & overall targets with collective efforts.Experience :- 17-20 years in similar role with proven track record of which at least 3 years should be in senior position handling Business Development responsibilities.Qualifications :- Engineering graduate (CSE/ECE/IT) ONLY (ref:updazz.com)
