As our Assistant General Manager, the higher-ranking executive at Ovington Finance Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the company and overseeing all aspects of its operations. You will work closely with the board of directors, GM and the executive team, including the chief financial officer (CFO) and chief operating officer (COO), as well as other key stakeholders, to drive growth, ensure financial sustainability, and advance our mission. We are looking for an outstanding person having experience of more than 10 years preferably in banks/NBFCs and should have handled mortgage, loan against property & business loans. Position Overview
Role of AGM will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including Administration, financial management, fund raising etc. etc.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the business operational plan and strategy for aggressive growth.
  • Create working plan for volume.
  • Conduct trained analysis, benchmarking competitors, identify best practice with success & failure metrics.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of systems, processes & businesses having very good knowledge of underwriting.
  • Expertise in direct business without involving DSA/ Connectors/ Contact centres.
  • Develop and Implement overall collection framework. Must have the knowledge of accurate documentation enforceable in the court of law, prompt action in initiating debt recovery proceedings, considering negotiated settlements where appropriate. Must possess the working knowledge of Section 138 of NI Act, Payment and Settlement Act, Arbitration Act and other relevant recovery tools.
  • Aptitude for field visits and mentoring sales/recovery team in respect of origination standards & recovery procedures.
  • Aggressive team player.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of company system, policies, procedures & standards.
  • Moving away from traditional way of doing business
  • Knowledge of legal & regulatory requirements for NBFC.
  • Proficiency in MS office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to \xe2\x82\xb9420,000.00 per year Benefits:
