Includes month end closing, communications, accruals, reconciliations etc. He / she is also responsible for program managing and administrating any system changes and access management.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all the month end related activities are completed in time and companies are rolled over without any issues
  • Ensure timely communications to the account team related to month end and other process
  • Oversee the NDC collection status, reconciliations
  • First level reviewer for the SAP entries
  • First point of escalation related to any client finance process
  • Approver for any system access requests and invoice deviations like deletion, void payment etc
  • Accountable for preparing KPI dashboards from the APAC finance dashboard
  • Manage the client billing team and ensure client invoicing are happening without any delays
  • Support for audit queries and provide the supporting documents if any required.
  • Month end accruals, provisions, and other entries.
  • Basic understanding of P&L
  • Perform reconciliations for back-to-back billing, AP, and AR ledger balances.
  • Client Invoice processing and maintaining trackers and reconciliations.
  • Track and collection of account receivables regularly.
  • Tracking the KPI metrics and support in maintaining the desired scores.
  • Preparing and analyze reports based on management requirements.
  • Updating trackers and controls as per the internal control requirements
