Assistant Finance Manager
We are seeking an Assistant Finance Manager who thrives in a dynamic and high-paced work environment, characterized by high volume and evolving needs. The right candidate will be comfortable with rapid change and equipped to handle finance related tasks with agility and precision. Key attributes include a proactive attitude, a knack for problem-solving, and an ability to manage complex financial operations. What this job involves
Support the successful delivery of a comprehensive range of financial services & support as defined in the Contract.
Support the day-to-day financial and accounting operations with particular focus on the clients reporting requirements at a local and regional level.
To achieve KPI, financial, and other targets as established for the account.
Oversight of budgetary and reporting function and management of accounts payable and receivable function
Good adaptability and agility to work in fast paced MNC, while independent to work on defined responsibilities and also to be a great team player.

Invoice Payments & Billings
Manage Vendor Payments, coordinating the process with Facility Managers.
Manage Client Billing and Collections
Accurate and timely financial information is provided to all stakeholders.
Invoice Reconciliation & consolidation for client & corporate purposes.
Focus and timely support to North Asia region relating to payments and PO issues.

Client Reporting/Forecasting/Planning
Actively review and correction to ensure accuracy of accruals for monthly financial reporting for India market.
Work closely with Facility Operation in Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecast, and monthly variances analysis with control variation of +/- 5% for quarter forecast, ensuring alignment to forecast guidelines and basis.
Meeting all relevant financial activities. Engage with stakeholders to resolve the query raised during audit checks.
Assist in establishing & monitor controls to mitigate non-compliant findings in finance process.
Ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to all stakeholders.
Lead and guide Facility operation team in accuracy of forecast and monthly accruals to achieve quarterly Finance KPI%

Other responsibilities:
Finance process & regulatory communication within the organization and with the site teams.
Strong MS Excel skills and be able to work as part of the team to create the annual budget for the account.
Excellent communicators to manage stakeholders and build relationship with client.
Assist in establishment and adherence to policies & procedures, compliance deadlines for each of the tasks as advised by the Finance Manager.
