• Direct all operations of the Food & Beverage Service of banquet to ensure excellent customer service and to provide outstanding technical expertise.
• Ensure that Food & Beverage Service are well managed and meet client's expectations.
• Prepare and review Food & Beverage Service agendas and ensure that all services and necessary preparations are in order.
• Plan and organize all events to meet customer service standards.
• Any matter which may effect the interests of ACCOR should be brought to the attention of the Management.
• Conduct pre-planning meetings to develop timeline, product lists, attendee lists, theme and all logistical needs.
• Plan to improve the capital for the department by identifying major facilities and equipment requirements.
• Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Food & Beverage Service to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with all service providers.
• Ensure that the operations manual is maintained with all specifications like Operations plan, Setup schedule, Vendor contact list, Vendor contract details, Specifications for seminars, Workshops, Meetings, General Sessions, Exhibit hall, Off-site events, Catering orders, Emergency preparedness and Security plan.
• Ensure that analysis and written summaries evaluating conventions are maintained.
• Develop the plans in conjunction with key stakeholders and with a high degree of quality.
