Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Fashion Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in fashion design or a related field and a passion for fashion, fabrics, and patterns. This role will involve assisting the Senior Designer, managing tailor communications, and maintaining organized records of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Designer with various tasks and projects.
• Source fabrics and materials in alignment with design concepts.
• Maintain systematic records of fabrics, materials, and patterns used in designs.
• Communicate effectively with tailors to provide updates and manage relationships.
• Utilize knowledge of different fabrics and pattern-making techniques in design processes.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in fashion design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of fabrics and pattern-making techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing tailor relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for record-keeping.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a creative team environment.
