Designation: Technical Factory Executive / Assistant Factory Manager Company Profile: Company Profile: Pillcraft is an Ayurvedic Medicine company based in Mumbai. We make medicines for various indications like pain management, sleep and vigour. We are looking for suitable Sales Managers to expand our area of operation. :

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Purchase of raw materials
• Vendor Management
• Managing its execution as per the quality controls
• Manage the production team and ensure that they are trained and motivated to meet production targets
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are available as needed
• Work closely with the sales department, to ensure that production meets customer demand.
• Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
• Create BMR Certificate and Process.
• Raw Material testing.
• Review manufacturing record and SOPs and keep all records updated.

Eligibility:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Minimum 5 years experience in Production.
• Currently working as a Manager or Asst. Manager in the Pharma or Cosmetics industry, handling production
• Should be able to create and implement SOPs and BMR reports.
• Good knowledge of Quality and Process improvement programs.

Training: 2 months on-site training will be provided at another factory location. (Mumbai) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 400,000.00 - 600,000.00 per year Benefits:

• Bachelor\'s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Factory Production: 5 years (Required)
• Ayurveda Product: 5 years (Required)
• BMR Reports: 3 years (Required)
