Assistant Facilities Manager

What this job involves?

Tuning the site to perfection

• In this role, your keen understanding of several angles in the site operations is crucial.

• To organise and oversee all the security operations of the company.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain security standards.
• Hire and train security personnel under your command.
• Demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills.

• Maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures.
• Responsible for overall security operations for facilities along with third party vendor management.
• Risk and Crisis management with mitigation plan will be directly handled and coordinate with stakeholders.
• The External audits of business will be handled more efficiently which can be proven with strong process and controls.
• Work with Site teams on managing BCP- Business continuity plan situations and manage Disaster recovery plan.
• Boost our organization\'s information security measure and align our process / procedures in line with standards.
• Train subordinate security professionals or other organization members in security rules and procedures.
• Weekly Training as per Training calendar
• Plan security for special and high-risk events.
• Review financial reports to ensure efficiency and quality of security operations.
• Develop budgets for security operations.
• Order security-related supplies and equipment as needed.
• Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies.
• Assist in emergency management and contingency planning.
• Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.

• Graduation in any discipline
• Certification Course in Security operations
• 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in security.
• Presentation skills.
• Comfortable in working on Microsoft Office Tools
