Leads, directs and manages operations for account to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at or above the client\'s standards.
Maximize profitability through superior service, effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters.
Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules, and adjusts accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives.
Manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints.
Trains, develops and motivates employees to peak performance and growth in their knowledge and responsibilities
Manages the financial aspects of the department (purchasing, budget preparation and review, financial reporting and monitoring expenses).

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web based and job specific software applications
Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate (verbally and intuitively) effectively with both clients and internal personnel.
