Assistant Executive - Export Documentation
We are searching for an experienced Assistant Executive - Export Documentation at our MSC Service Center India - Hyderabad facility.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Processes SIs with 100% accuracy while achieving the production targets.
• Ensures 100% compliance with Standard Operating Procedure while following the requirements of Industry, Customs, Carrier, and Shipper.
• Performs B/L audit, B/L corrections and time-bound manifest transmission to customs complying the aforesaid requirements.
• Contributes to team effort and supports Agencies during high volume days by working for additional hours and ensure all the allocated tasks are completed within the deadline.
• Ensures production counts are accurately logged with all relevant information in the dedicated application.
• Ensures conveyance of information to peers in the following shift and during absences.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication and strong coordination with team members, superiors, Management and Agency staff.
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
• Develops staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
• Ensures the company policies are followed and exerts a high degree of integrity, honesty, confidentiality, reliability, morality, and accountability.
Required Qualifications:
• A Bachelor degree in Shipping or any equivalent qualification with decent academic scores.
• Knowledge of the industry, leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and analytical ability.
• Good communication skills in English (both Oral and written)
• Good hands-on knowledge in MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Good Typing skills with minimum 35 wpm speed.
• Flexibility to work in any shifts and works in the timings of clients.
• Approachable and responsive, pleasant, confident, able to work under pressure
