The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, excellent communication skills, and leadership potential.Qualifications:

• Technical Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) with 6+ years of experience, OR
• Bachelor's degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering (BE EEE) with 4+ years of experience
• Strong communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing engineering projects and teams
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure project completion
• Oversee maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and quality standards
• Contribute to process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians
• Prepare and present technical reports to management
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements
• Uphold excellence in preventive maintenance programmes and conservation practices
• Monitor M&E projects for quality and timely delivery
• Deliver complete and accurate facility management reports consistently
• Provide comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management for technical services
• Contribute to achieving financial targets and key performance indicators
• Meet service level agreements set by the senior facilities manager
• Manage on-site mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations and civil maintenance
• Prepare lists of critical spares for all installations based on manufacturers\' recommendations
• Plan maintenance inventory for in-house teams
• Develop pre-emptive maintenance programmes to prevent sudden breakdowns
• Ensure proper upkeep of logbooks, checklists, and schedules
• Arrange ad-hoc M&E setups based on client requirements
