Job Description
Job location- Pune Experience- 1 to 5 years Education- Diploma Position Summary: Responsible for Climate comfort PAT validation and performance evaluation of HVAC system, battery cooling system, Benchmarking, FATC calibration, by adhering to standard operating procedures and safety in testing. Preparation of validation reports, work guidelines and work instructions. Job Responsibilities: -Ensure vehicle preparation for test and validations of passenger vehicles -To Complete Climate comfort PAT validation and performance evaluation of HVAC system, battery cooling system (BCS) for passenger vehicles -Benchmarking of HVAC performance and BCS for Climate comfort PAT and target setting of passenger vehicles -Carry out test and validation activities for FATC, ETC calibration logic/ strategies -Evaluation of HVAC system buck, system bench and vehicle level analyze the test results recommend feasible design solutions to meet desired performance targets -Interaction with stakeholders for HVAC and BCS trouble shooting -Lead the trouble shooting and assist in root cause analysis -Ensure rectification and check of all HVAC functionality in media and other PAT vehicles -Create and update work instructions periodically for working on passenger vehicles -VAVE idea generation and validation -Ensure safe work environment in workshop and test facilities
