• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for effective program execution.
• Build partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and community organizations to enhance impact.
• Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines, ensuring timely execution.
• Monitor and evaluate CSR projects, providing regular reports to management.
• Manage CSR budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Engage employees and stakeholders through awareness campaigns, training, and volunteer opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory CSR requirements.
• Stay updated with CSR best practices and industry trends to improve effectiveness.
• Represent the organization at CSR events and conferences.
