Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain relationships with clients post-sale

Follow up on payment schedules and ensure timely collections

Coordinate with internal teams for client queries and updates

Maintain accurate client records and payment status

Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM (real estate preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, target-driven, and detail-oriented

Familiarity with CRM tools/software is a plus
