Assistant Controller - Corporate Finance - 8+ years - Mohali / ChandigarhLocation: Mohali, ChandigarhSummary:The Assistant Controller, Corporate Finance, will play a pivotal role in the financial accounting and reporting activities. This position is responsible for performing and reviewing the daily operations of the corporate finance team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, and supporting strategic financial planning and analysis initiatives.Your Future Employer:A company that provides essential business services, including accounting, payroll, HR, taxes, and more.Responsibilities: * Preparation and consolidation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP/IFRS.

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and prepare necessary documentation.
• Develop and maintain robust internal control policies and procedures.
• Lead and participate in special projects, including M&A activities, system implementations, and process re-engineering.

Requirements: * Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.

• 7+ years of relevant Assistant Controller level experience.
• Proven working experience as an Assistant Financial Controller.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suites, QuickBooks).
