Job Description
Role: Assistant Controller
Years of Experience: 2-4 Years
Job Location: Gurgaon, Bangalore.
Skills Required:
Must have good communication skills both written and oral
Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum of 2-4 years of post-qualification in any Industry.
Should coordinate with various stake holders and obtain information
Should have an eye for details and analytical mind to analyze financial numbers
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary internal customer service
Should be good In MS Excel
JOB Responsibilities:
Book review, MIS Review, Client meeting, Statutory Compliance like indirect and direct taxation
Financials preparation/review for audit, Interaction with auditor
Coordinating for board meetings, AGM, getting the financials signed from client & auditors
Adherence to all set SLAs
Finalization of accounting process
Month end and Year end closing activities
Review of performance of reportees
Should have experience in analytics with reporting exposure
Preparing, Analyzing and Planning.
Experience in taxation like GST and TDS
