Hybrid As Assistant Manager Compliance you shall be supporting Tax function and carrying out a broad range of Tax compliances activities necessary for a smooth operation of Business. Keyresponsibilities

• Monthly & quarterly GST returns and ensuring timely and accurate filing and payment of GST
• Review of Reverse Charge Mechanism(RCM) calculations, intercompany transactions, monitoring reconciliation items of GST returns
• Maintaining return reconciliations along with periodical updates
• Regular co-ordination with stake holders - finance , Shared Service team , supply chain team for proper GST monthly return
• Co-ordination for completion of annual GST returns and audits
• Perform regular sanity checks on GST data, returns and preparing regular MIS reports on GST data points, comparative analysis
• 2A reconciliation coordination between consultant, DSM vendor team, vendor and tracker, monitoring, MIS etc.
• Specific review and monitoring of GST credits which are taken manually e.g. CHA, bank charges etc.
• Review, monitor cross charge invoicing process and ensure proper and timely billing
• Ensure Form C collection, co-ordination with AR team, Account Managers, Customers and consultant
• Collection of documents, information required for pre & post GST audits
• Handling e-invoicing questions, co-ordination between consultant and business team
• Co-ordination for e-invoicing mismatch
• Conducting regular training Hyd. Team, business team

• Monitor compliance, manage questions, ensuring process of issue of certificates
• Coordinate for annual reconciliation process
• Intercompany TDS monitoring and ensuring timely corrections, zero gaps etc.

Youbring

• Graduation in Commerce and/or pos-graduation degree iin Finance / Semi Qualified CA
• Preference - SAP knowledge
• Fluent in English, both in writing and verbally.
• Affinity with working on technology and hands on in use of excel and power point.
• Excellent communication skills can engage with all levels in the organization (also cross functions).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and focus.
