Working Days:- 6 days working (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

Requirements: -
• CS qualified / Semi Qualified CS / CS Intern
• 1 to 4 years' experience in proficiency of the secretarial responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines.
• Completed Executive level in Company Secretary Personal Attributes
• Good written and verbal communications skills, coupled with interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Companies Act 2013 & other compliances.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Stock Exchange compliances of Public Listed Company in XBRL formats- Quarterly / Half-yearly / Annually
• SEBI, ROC, RBI, NSDL and CDSL Compliances - Quarterly / Half-yearly / Annually
• In-depth knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI, RBI and other relevant laws
• Preparation of Annual Report- AGM Notice, Board's Report, Minutes of General Meeting and AGM compliances
• Documentation for Board and Committee Meetings including Resolutions, Agenda, Notice, Presentation and Minutes of meetings- Listed Company, Private Company and LLP's
• Filing forms with MCA (XBRL)
• Maintenance and updating of Statutory Registers
• Share related compliances and co-ordination with RTA
• Documentation for Director Annual Compliances for entire Group
• Drafting/ Review of agreements/ legal documents of company and maintaining records
• Liaise with external advisors (Secretarial Auditors & RTA)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
