Job Description

We are looking for a Company Secretary to manage corporate records, prepare legal documents, organize board meetings, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. In this role, you will also provide administrative support to senior management and oversee governance matters for multiple group companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Corporate Governance: Maintain accurate records, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and track follow-ups on board decisions.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to company laws and tax regulations, and prepare and file necessary legal documents.
• Administrative Support: Assist senior management with corporate governance tasks, including policy development and implementation.
• Board and Committee Organization: Organize board and committee meetings, distribute materials, and facilitate effective communication.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred; a law degree is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
