Responsibilities : Call and compare quotes for items required to be procured.
: Preparing Commercial Proposals / Purchase Order for mechanical equipment for Tea Industry.
: Maintain / update Stock report
: Co-ordinating with customers for commercial and service related matters.
: Follow-up for purchase order & payment collection from customers.
: Maintaining / track schedule for commissioning and service visits & co-ordinating with service engineers.
: Maintain account in Tally
- Prepare Tax (Sales ) Invoice
- Payment and receipt entries, BRS
- Issue payments
