Insighte is hiring Assistant Psychologists who can work as School Educational Assistants with children with Autism, ADHD, LD, etc. in enabling inclusion at schools and home environments. We support children in homeschooling, school reintegration and special education. The job requires you to work with the child with academic, behavioral, and social goals in the child\'s natural environment (school/ home) to ensure holistic development. The candidate will be required to follow a child\'s rights-based approach Perks:
  • Get trained in the \'TEACCH\' and Neurodiversity Affirming approach to work with children with special needs
  • Help the child get reintegrated into mainstream classrooms
  • Bridge the learning and socialization gaps of the child to enable independence
  • Attend our training, programs, and workshops
  • Year round of Supervision and Training
  • Communicate with parents in a professional manner and be punctual for the sessions.
  • Provide Daily and Monthly Progress Reports to the organization
  • Develop and implement Learning Plans and IEP
Starte Date: Immediately No of positions available: 5 Remuneration: A probationary period of 3-6months, CTC- 2 to 2.5 lac On confirmation as a full-time consultant, you can earn between 2.4 to 3 lac Duration: Commitment of atleast 1 year to ensure progress of the child is tracked Eligibility: -Must know how to speak, read and write English/Hindi/Kannada, - Masters in Psychology - Diploma in Special Education. -Looking for a self-starter, who believes in inclusion, is creative in their approach, has a willingness to learn with good communication skills, and can report methodically -Internship/Work Experience with children. (Children with Disabilities preferred) We are a Diversity first employer, Female candidates are preferred. Work days: Monday- Friday Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
