The Assistant Chief Security Officer (ACSO) will be responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of all security-related activities at the Lalru location. The ACSO will support the Chief Security Officer in ensuring the protection of the company's assets, employees, clients, and physical infrastructure. The role requires leadership skills, a strategic approach to security management, and a proactive mindset to address potential risks and ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in developing and executing security strategies to safeguard company property, employees, and visitors.
• Collaborate with management to assess and mitigate security risks.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and protocols.
• Lead and supervise the security team at the Lalru location.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for security personnel.
• Provide direction and guidance to security officers during daily operations and emergencies.
• Oversee investigations into security incidents or breaches and ensure thorough reporting.
• Investigate theft, vandalism, or other criminal activities, collaborating with law enforcement if necessary.
• Ensure immediate response to any security threat or emergency situation.
• Ensure the effective operation of surveillance systems, including CCTV and alarm systems.
• Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to security.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, employee reports, and security system performance.
• Prepare and submit regular security reports to the Chief Security Officer and senior management.
• Coordinate security activities during special events, external threats, or incidents requiring additional support.
• Continuously assess the security risks to company assets and personnel at the Lalru location.
• Design and implement preventive measures to reduce security risks, such as security patrols, access control, and perimeter security.
• Manage the response to natural disasters, fire evacuations, medical emergencies, and other incidents.
• Ensure that all personnel are trained in emergency procedures and safety protocols.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Experience in risk assessment, surveillance systems, and incident management
