Anytime Fitness(Sportiqo Fitness LLP) is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager with a primary focus on sales. The Assistant Branch Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, team leadership, and exceptional customer service.Salary - 15000 to 20000Location - Gariahat / New Alipore / Saltlake / Chinar ParkSalary - 15000 to 20000Experience - Minimum 2 years in any B2C SalesResponsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead by example in generating leads, closing sales, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Team Management: Train, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to ensure they meet and exceed sales goals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with inquiries, concerns, and membership sign-ups.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Membership Retention: Implement retention initiatives to ensure high member satisfaction and reduce churn rates.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, membership growth, and other key metrics for management review.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events aimed at driving sales.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2 years in any B2C Sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of fitness equipment and services is a plus.
