Job Overview :
Dainik Bhaskar is looking for a dynamic, passionate, and results-driven Assistant Brand Manager to join our team in Agra. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting the brand management process, overseeing the execution of marketing strategies, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the brand. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, enhance market presence, and ensure that all brand initiatives align with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies to drive brand growth and enhance brand positioning.
• Coordinate with marketing teams, advertising agencies, and media partners for campaign planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for the brand and recommend improvements.
• Support in developing communication materials including brochures, advertisements, and digital content that align with brand messaging.
• Manage the brand's social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create promotional materials and sales strategies for brand promotion.
• Assist in managing brand budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for campaigns.
• Track and report on key brand performance metrics and campaign results.
• Organize and coordinate brand events and promotions.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing activities, maintaining consistency in brand identity.
Required Qualifications :
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in brand management or related roles.
• Experience in handling branding and marketing for a recognized brand or media company is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of digital marketing tools.
• Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to drive insights.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in media, publishing, or digital marketing sectors will be an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits :
• CTC of ?4,00,000 - ?5,00,000 per annum, depending on prior experience and last drawn salary.
