As a Marketing Assistant you will support Marketing Team in projects related to market share growth and strengthening the competitive position of the Brands. Main Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Drives communication and advertising strategies, briefing advertising agencies. Coordinates production and research with agencies. Media Planning: Supports media planning effectiveness verification. Ensures commercials align with objectives. Marketing Projects: Implements operational marketing campaigns. Updates Sales and Management teams on projects. Analyzes project performance against objectives. Market Analyses: Maintains knowledge of product positioning and market trends. Cooperates with Market Research for product performance reports. Promotions, Co-Marketing, and Sponsorship: Proposes activities aligned with brand positioning. Measures effectiveness of initiatives. Packaging: Proposes new formats and designs. Manages implementation projects. Budget Management: Manages advertising, promotional, and market research budgets. Sales Planning: Supports sales plans and coordinates promotional activities. Reports deviations to Brand Manager. People Management: Sets goals and appraises team members. Tracks team performance and development. Who we are looking for: Min. Bachelor s Degree with 4 to 7 years of brand marketing experience in Marketing Experience in the FMCG market would be a plus Understanding of different markets and cultures Analytical and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills. Market and customer plan expertise.
