Our client, an apparel brand, is seeking an analytical and creative Assistant Brand Manager to join their team and oversee the brand management activities. As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will be responsible for executing and implementing effective brand strategies to increase brand awareness, ensure a consistent tone of voice across all touchpoints, as well as to ensure optimization of campaigns and spends.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing/brand/trade marketing in FMCG, D2C, or Ecommerce.
Skills:
- Data Analytics: Proficiency in utilizing data analytics to gather insights, make informed decisions, and assess campaign performance
- Vendor/Agency Management: Experience in collaborating with external vendors and agencies, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Project Management : Proficient in end to end ownership of projects & deliveries across multiple stakeholders

- Planning and Prioritizing: Strong organizational skills to plan and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring efficient execution of brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Voice and Guidelines:
- Take ownership of the brand\'s voice by defining clear guidelines and best practices across products and platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and communication across various touchpoints.
Project Management:
- Manage end-to-end execution of brand activities, coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless implementation of brand strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Ownership of brand projects and ensuring delivery from multiple stakeholders
Campaign Performance Evaluation:
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, analyzing ROI and KPIs.
- Provide insights into campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for future improvements.
Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring:
- Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Conduct thorough research to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging market dynamics.
Collaboration with External Agencies:
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure timely delivery of influencer collaborations, PR activities, and content creation.
- Maintain strong relationships with agencies to enhance brand visibility and reach.
