Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Janani Mithra Group in Thrissur. The Collections Manager will be responsible for managing the collections process, ensuring timely receipt of payments, and resolving customer payment issues. They will also oversee the collections team and develop strategies to optimize collection efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing collections processes and resolving customer payment issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems
• Prior experience in the finance or banking industry is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

• Morning shift

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
