Position: Assistant - Billing & Coordination
Responsible for preparing Sales invoices and managing incoming / Purchase invoices.
Co-ordinations with the Warehouse, Transporters, Sales accounts team and customers
for arranging the goods deliveries.
Responsible for reporting the inventory level for Sales or Re-order.
Software and other knowledge - Tally Prime (Must). MS Excel, Outlook (for Email) and working knowledge of new tax regime, GST, E-invoicing, E-Way bill, etc.
Commerce graduate preferred.
Candidates from in and around Chembur area will be preferred.
Experience: 1 to 2 years in the same field or in accounts department.
