You are passionate about hospitality and beverages, with a natural ability to engage with guests and make them feel welcome. You have prior experience in a bar setting, with a solid understanding of basic bar operations and mixology. Your excellent communication skills help you connect with guests, ensuring their needs are met with warmth and professionalism. As an Assistant Bartender, youll be a key part of the Papas bar team, working closely with the Senior Bartender and collaborating with servers and the kitchen to ensure smooth service. Papas is a fast-paced environment, and youll be expected to contribute to its dynamic energy, all while keeping the focus on providing the best possible guest experience.WHO YOU WILL REPORT TO
