Job title : Assistant Barman

Reports to: Manager / Asst Manager

Job Summary :

We are looking for passionate Assistant Barman to join our fast growing, multi-cuisine Restaurant.

Duties and responsibilities :

1. Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits.

2. Taking beverage orders from customers and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail

3. Satisfying guest requests in a timely manner

4. Assure that the guest meets the legal drinking age

5. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

6. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

7. Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

8. Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations.

9. Carefully handle the glasses and drink bottles.

10. Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that bar is well staffed during peak hours

11. Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with guests

12. Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories

13. Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs area to maintain a sanitary environment

14. Clean and wipe the glasses carefully before serving the drinks to guest.

15. Organizing the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory

16. Placing orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies

17. Planning bar menus

18. Plan and create unique drinks.

19. Complying with all food and beverage regulations

20. Limiting customer problems by restricting alcohol intake as per the situation demands and attempting to curtail inappropriate behaviour.

21. Handle the guest complaints and issues wisely and seek Superiors assistance if situation demands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
