Job Description
Our Client is a subsidiary of a Japanese corporation that has businesses in various fields such as industrial gas, energy, agriculture, and health. They use green technology to harvest water from the humidity in the air and purify it with ozone. They also provides solutions for water scarcity and environmental issuesExp:10YearsLocation: Chennai:
- Responsible for running the plant in shifts and maintaining & monitoring the plant parameters on continues basis.
- Achieving the agreed production targets and involves in process related trouble shooting.
- Prepare the daily MIS and production confirmation on the basis of production.
- Take charge as a site controller as shift in-charge (after office hours).
- Achieve maximum output by monitoring of machine efficiencies and plant performance through various available tools to take corrective action in consultation with / Manager xe2x80x93 Production / Plant Manager / or respective maintenance in charge.
- Start up and shutdown of plant.
- Carrying out day to day maintenance and co-ordinating with maintenance team to ensure working of the machines.
- Understanding of plant P&ID, involved in turbine thawing , cryo pumps thawing and plant thawing
