Responsible for Sales Growth (Achieve month on month Sales Target) and Profitability (Achieve Profit Target). Strong focus on collection of accounts receivables and maintain a healthy cash flow and working capital Project Focus: Quality Manual and Procedure for target customers. Manage project cycle and velocity. Pursue sales leads, visit existing and new strategic customers with the focus being Total Customer Satisfaction and Generation of Projects for Sales Growth. Build customer relationships and strategic partnerships, assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services; respond to complex customer inquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times, and win sales orders to meet sales targets. Identify, research, and contact prospective target growth customers that will generate future sales and repeat business. Provide market feedback and intelligence on the specific region/segment Ensure timely flow of quotations in order to maximize our competitive edge and win order. Develop short and long-term strategic sales plans for key customers, growth customers and global key accounts, utilizing Sales Excellence Tools. Should be responsible for Annual Budget and Forecasting Education and Experience Specify what level of education is needed (secondary school, technical school, university, master, PHD, etc). Define how many years' relevant working experience is required and which type of experience. Preferably 5 to 6 years of Experience in Sales Mechanical Engineering in Graduate or Post-Graduate Experience in OEM's preferably in Fluid Power & Hydraulics, Off Highway, General Industry, Wind Energy etc. Strong knowledge of business sales and marketing practices Knowledge of rubber/plastic, products Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Familiarity with ISO quality requirements is beneficial Knowledge about seals product.(Added Advantage) Communication - Understand and communicate the changes to customer demand and requests as needed across the organization. Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
