Position Overview:
The Assistant Administrative Officer will provide support in managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling multiple responsibilities, from coordinating meetings to maintaining office supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for various departments.
Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases.
Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring availability at all times.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering calls and responding to emails.
Assist in arranging travel, accommodations, and other logistical requirements for staff.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
