We are looking out for an Assistant, Administration to join our team in Goa! This resource will be responsible to Perform secretarial duties that require considerable experience, duties requiring broad experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices. Prepare correspondence, memoranda, reports, etc. Compose routine correspondence and memoranda. Screen telephone calls and receive and direct visitors; and resolve routine inquiries. Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries and coordinate related arrangements. Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings. Operate a personal computer and appropriate software packages.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
• Prepare correspondence from oral instruction or handwritten documents using the word processor.
• Prepare graphs and other such presentation material as directed based on knowledge of subject, procedures, and policies.
• Coordinate personal itinerary, business meetings, and travel arrangements for Manager.
• Receive and screen telephone calls and determines proper response and/or action.
• Reviews and processes Accounts Payable Vouchers.
• Receive and distribute mail and informs Manager of mail needing immediate action or timely response.
• Maintain filing system and log of expenditures.
• Provide general clerical support to group to include answering telephone, forwarding messages, distributing mail, maintaining department files and record, and transmitting and receiving fax correspondence.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
• Bachelors in related curriculum with 3-5 years of related experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills required.
• Expertise in MS office tools-Word, Excel, PPT
