Tierra Contracting Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in accounting within the construction industry. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department and ensuring the smooth operation of financial activities. Male candiadtes preffered AGE: 20- 30 SALARY 10-15 Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and preparing bank deposits.
- Support in preparing and maintaining financial records for various projects
- Assist in month-end financial closing procedures.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support the accounting team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior internship or work experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting software is advantageous but not required.
