Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Find and hire new agents to expand the team.
• Develop and execute sales strategies.
• Design and implement sales plans to drive business growth
• Track, analyze, and optimize agent performance metrics
Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ Years of Proven Field Sales Success
• Valid Driver's License and Bike Ownership
• Local Candidates Preferred

Pay: ?195,000.00 - ?305,000.00 per year
