Visit our for more information about requesting an accommodation.As an Asset Servicing Analyst within the Securities Services Operation team, you are responsible for the capture, analysis and notification to clients of event information and deadlines, reconciliation and execution of client instructions to the market and reconciliation and posting of clients\' cash and stock entitlements for Income & COACs.The Class Actions & Proxy Specialist ensures timely completion of Class Action processing, including logging and tracking new cases received from vendor, reconciling accounts for certification letters mailing for Managed and Brokerage/Custody accounts. The timely class action filing submission of litigations to vendor by industry deadline. The Specialist performs various control functions to ensure timely execution of all related processes. The Specialist will work on various proprietary systems to research account histories and allocate proceeds. The Specialist will work with the team manager to identify service gaps and implement departmental controls to ensure the integrity of the function, as well as ensuring procedures are documented and kept current.
