Asset Manager
Job Description
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the use and performance of construction assets.
• Maintain an accurate asset register, ensuring all assets are properly documented and tracked.
• Monitor asset conditions and coordinate regular maintenance and inspections.
• Manage the rental process for construction equipment and properties, including contract negotiation, pricing, and terms.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery and return of rental equipment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with equipment suppliers, rental companies, and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable rates and terms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per year
