Job Description
•Responsibilities: •
1 To be updated with the latest lenders and their policies. ( Quick Learner)
2 Provide weekly and monthly reporting to senior management to give an oversight of deals completed with one self's progress in terms of knowledge.
3 Identifying opportunities and developing relationships with the candidate's existing base of contacts creating and executing an effective calling plan for the Clients.
4 Assisting clients in securing home loans with suitable lenders.
5 Data entry in CRM, maintaining accurate records, overseeing the process up to settlement, and following up with clients post-settlement.
6 Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources to contribute to the growth of the business.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
