• Continuously work towards a more efficient, leaner, transparent, digital and operationally reliable processes which are not dependent on individuals
• Actively plan and implement digitalization activities to support the company\'s Industry 4.0 journey for improved customer experience and increased efficiencies.
• Develop in a sustainable way the Assembly and Testing in all its dimensions to match the target of operational efficiency, and innovation of the company.
• Deliver products in full, with the expected quality and on time in the most efficient way possible.
• More specifically lead, guide and coordinate the Production & Testing activities within the APE with the goal of achieving the highest customer satisfaction, product quality and profitability.
• Through a detailed Manufacturing Plan, continuously look for opportunities to improve internal flows and space utilization in the APE production facility to reduce cost, increase absorption and capacity.
• Lead the implementation of the production specific continuous improvement processes based on the Atlas Copco Lean Principles.
• Develop a strong shop floor leadership focused on BBS, BBQ and continuous improvements, always \xe2\x80\x9cwalking the talk\xe2\x80\x9d.
• Maintain a close coordination with the Production, Quality, SCM and Methods team to realize the Safety, Quality, Delivery and Efficiency targets. WIP and Lost takt reduction.

What we expect of you?

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Production supervision roles.
• Experience with handling operational & manpower issues
• First-hand experience of working in organisations with worker unions
• Experience of working/participating in Lean improvements, Kaizen culture
• Should have the knowledge and experience of Production & Testing activites.

Knowledge Requirement:

• DME / BE - Mechanical preferred.
• Basic understanding of Line Balancing & Lean Concepts
• Good knowledge of production efficiency calculcations, TAKT loss, production target achievements
• Basic understanding of Quality concepts & improvement methods
