In this position you can actively participate to our growth and make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment as:Position: Assembly SupervisorLocation: PuneYour contributions to organisation\'s growth:

• Adherence to the master scheduler monthly plan.
• Guide operators for assembly, testing of compressors.
• Proper stacking of material and handling
• Maintain discipline and proper housekeeping on the shop floor.
• Quality and productivity improvement.
• Plan and executive daily workload of operators.
• Ensure job card entry in SAP system.
• Test compressor (MRT) as per test procedure
• Use of calibrated instruments, tools, and tackles
• Ensure project is completed as per schedule and scope of supply.
• Involve in engineering / design in early stage of projects to reduce error.
• Improve uptime by reducing waste.
• Maintain & adhere QMS & procedures.

Expertise you have to bring in along with;

• BE 2-3 / DME with 4-8 yrs. of experience.
• Assembly Process knowledge
• Knowledge of geometrical parameters
• Knowledge of EOHS.
• English
• Knowledge of local language
