Assembly Supervisor/ Packing Supervisor

An assembly supervisor is responsible for overseeing the assembly line workers and processes to ensure that the manufacturing of components or vehicles are completed accurately and on time:
• Managing the assembly line : Assigning personnel to tasks, monitoring processes, and ensuring that employees perform them correctly
• Ensuring quality : Setting quality control standards and overseeing production processes to ensure adherence to these standards
• Maintaining equipment : Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the assembly process
• Ensuring safety : Ensuring all safety protocols are followed
• Training new staff : Providing training and support to assembly line workers
• Planning and organizing : Planning and organizing production schedules and workforce allocation to meet production targets
• Communicating : Liaising and coordinating with support functions to progress issues concerning production planning and resource/skill allocation
• Performance management : Performance managing team members, giving direction and feedback to aid good performance
Job Location= Khushkhera, Rajasthan
Timing= 7am to 7pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
