• Supervise and direct assembly team activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Develop and optimize production processes to increase efficiency and productivity while minimizing resource wastage.
• Demonstrable experience in guiding and motivating a team to achieve objectives efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to ensure production goals are met.
• Comprehensive understanding of yarn preparatory machines and related processes.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop efficient solutions to avoid production delays.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in monitoring production quality and implementing improvements to meet industry standards.
• Solid understanding of machinery and equipment, with hands-on ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance.
• A solid understanding of safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for team members.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless workflow and address any production-related issues promptly.
• Implement and monitor safety procedures to maintain a safe and secure working environment for all assembly staff.
• Evaluate team performance regularly, identifying areas for improvement and providing relevant training as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, including output, downtime, and quality checks for performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, incorporating best practices in assembly operations.
• Act as a liaison between management and assembly teams, communicating goals, expectations, and achievements clearly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
