• Undertake the responsibility of assembly and testing without any defect
• Ensure the product is in stock for on time delivery commitment to meet customer requirement
• Coordinating all department to get material for product assembly without any delays
• Ensure internal and external quality focus within area of responsibility.
• Address the customer complaints pertaining to manufacturing defects.
• Address the area of improvement and change required to increase productivity.
• Employee performance monitoring on daily basis
• Monitoring on process changes as per engineer's request
• Plan and Execution of production for the new products as per Engineering Bom
• Ensuring proper housekeeping in shop floor / 5s

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

• Morning shift

Experience:

• Assembly supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
